Updated 3rd August 2025
Introduction
Omnidex is a competitive event platform developed to support structured organized play and to provide players with a trusted, transparent ranking system. Game stores participating in the Grand Archive organized play program are entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining the integrity of their reported events and upholding the standards of competitive play. This policy outlines the expectations and requirements for all approved stores hosting events through the Omnidex platform. By participating in the program, stores agree to comply with the conduct standards set forth below.
Store Responsibilities
All approved stores are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the following responsibilities: - Host legitimate events as scheduled and publicly listed - Ensure all players are willingly and knowingly participating in competitive play - Submit accurate, timely, and complete match results, player attendance, and event data - Maintain a fair and honest tournament environment where competitive outcomes reflect actual participation and performance Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in corrective action as outlined in this policy.
Prohibited Conduct
To preserve the integrity and fairness of the Omnidex ecosystem, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
1. Falsifying Events
- Reporting events that did not occur in any capacity - Submitting placeholder, test, or mock events as official tournament results - Reusing historical data to fabricate the appearance of new event activity
2. Manipulating Player Participation
- Adding fictitious, duplicate, or otherwise invalid player entries for any reason - Registering individuals without their knowledge or consent - Registering players who are not intending to participate in the event
3. Fabricating or Misrepresenting Results
- Deliberately submitting inaccurate match outcomes or standings - Coordinating with participants to simulate results or manipulate rankings - Misreporting round data or attendance figures in a manner that distorts competitive integrity
4. Exploiting Platform Processes
- Leveraging procedural workarounds to interfere with the intent of the ranking and rewards system - Obstructing or circumventing Omnidex's monitoring or investigative efforts This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Any conduct deemed to compromise the fairness, transparency, or legitimacy of the platform may constitute a violation of this policy, regardless of whether it is explicitly described above.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy are subject to enforcement by the organized play team. Disciplinary actions escalate based on the severity and recurrence of the misconduct.
Step 1: Warning
- A formal written notification identifying the issue
Step 2: Probation
A probation flag will be applied to the offending store for the remainder of the current organized play season. At the conclusion of the season, the organized play team will review the store’s conduct and determine whether to restore full access or extend the probation.
During probation: - The store will be ineligible to host Premier Events, such as Store Championships and Regionals - The store will be excluded from promotional events and activities, such as GA Academy and Revelfest - The store will be required to submit live photographic evidence during events to verify legitimacy
Step 3: Permanent Suspension
- In cases of egregious or repeated misconduct, the store’s access to the Omnidex platform will be permanently revoked - Stores may submit a formal written appeal to the organized play team for consideration - Reinstatement is not guaranteed and will be granted only at the discretion of Weebs of the Shore
Auditing & Monitoring
Omnidex continuously monitors event activity through internal systems and automated tools. Events that trigger suspicion flags or display irregularities may be subject to investigation and audit by the organized play team. All audits are conducted using internal data. Stores are not required to provide documentation unless explicitly instructed to do so.
